Very good example of the crowned eight pointed star backing plate with laurel spray overlay, garter strap, black velvet centre with silvered antelope, three part silvered scroll with regimental details.

Three lug fittings to the reverse. Much of the original fire gilt wash finish
remains to the helmet plate.
